FIVE GUY’S MANAGER NEEDS SOME TRAINING ON HOW EMAIL WORKS

A Massachusetts Five Guys Burgers and Fries manager accidentally included a customer on an email where he called him a ‘F*****g douche' for complaining about a messed up order.
The customer had emailed the franchise to complain about an order with missing fries.
The district manager offered to refund the money and sent the guy a gift card to make things right.
The customer responded that the gift card wouldn't work online, which is how they ordered their food.
The manager then accidentally included him on the email where he said: "This guy is a perfect example of why this world is f**ked up. What a complete a**hole."
The customer posted the manager's response on Twitter and someone from corporate has reached out to try to make things right.
