Thousands of pounds of musical equipment was seized from an English man who was blasting out Celine Dion's 'My Heart Will Go On', James Brown's 'Love Machine' and the theme from the Pixar film 'Toy Story'.
The man is in his 40s breached a noise notice six times when officers noticed music being played in the afternoon and early evening.
A 3D TV, laptop, speakers, a PlayStation 3, 32 DVDs, a docking station and a number of CDs were taken and placed in storage to give his neighbors some peace.
The man can appeal for their return after 28 days.
