DESERT DIAMOND CASINO TAILGATE FESTIVAL

The 2017 Desert Diamond Casino Tailgate Festival is ready once again to host Tucson’s party of the year! Come enjoy great local food and beer, an interactive Kids Zone, and live music on the main stage featuring Neon Trees! Back again by popular demand is the Nacho Average Tailgate – Tucson’s Nacho Festival! For an additional $15 you can sample Tucson’s best nachos from 40 local restaurants while sipping on ice cold beer provided by Hensley Beverage Company.

UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA DOWNTOWN BLOCK PARTY

The 2017 University of Arizona Downtown Block Party will take place on Thursday, December 28th from 3-8pm near Armory Park, across from the Children’s Museum. Come enjoy carnival rides, a beer garden, great local vendor, and human foosball! Below is the schedule of events for the evening:

3pm – University of Arizona Downtown Block Party begins
5pm – Battle of the Bands between the USU & NMSU Marching Bands
6pm – World’s longest Sonoran hot dug unveiled – presented by El Charro
7pm – 80’s & Gentlemen

After the game ends on December 29, head back downtown to celebrate a great game at the official after party!

8pm – A Flock of Seagulls takes the stage for a LIVE concert
