It appears that Ariana Grande had just as much issue with the grammatical errors in her Zedd-produced hit “Break Free” as the grammar police. "I fought [co-producer Max Martin] on it the whole time," Grande recently told TIME magazine. "'I am not going to sing a grammatically incorrect lyric, help me God!' Max was like, 'It's funny -- just do it!' I know it's funny and silly, but grammatically incorrect things make me cringe sometimes." The song now famously features the incorrect lyrics, "Now that I've become who I really are" and "I only wanna die alive.” We gotta agree with Grande on this one -- those are cringe-worthy lyrics.
