Arts Express Theatre presents its 38th annual musical extravaganza, “Let Freedom Sing,” celebrating America’s birthday, July 3 & 4, at its theater at Park Place, 5870 E. Broadway Blvd., Ste 214.
“Let Freedom Sing” is Arts Express’s signature production and has become a Tucson favorite. This year we celebrate the return of live music, featuring a live band led by Music Director Khris Dodge, backing performances by some of Tucson’s greatest vocal talent. Matthew Holter directs this showcase celebrating the music of summer with a variety of rock, jazz, classic Americana and patriotic traditions.
This year’s line-up features Tucson singers Erin Anderson, Katherine Byrnes, Jodi Darling, Daniel Gilmore, Tiff Jensen, Chach Snook, Dennis Tamblyn, Amy Williams, Regina Willis, and Tyler Wright. Alex Steiniger, host of KGUN’s “The Morning Blend,” will emcee this year’s event.
