Why You Need To Stop Dry Scooping Your Pre-Workout Right Now!

I can't even count how many times I've seen people dry scooping their pre-workout. I've even seen some of my friends do it! If you have no idea what that is, it's simply dumping a scoop of pre-workout in your mouth and washing it down with water.

I never tried it because the whole idea seemed a little fishy to me. Pre-workout is something you're supposed to mix with water and drink little by little to get some energy flowing. Why would I want to take it all in one shot?
