How to recover from Made In America Weekend

Made In America is a Philly staple. Every year the festival welcomes a huge variety of artists and performers in one place to party one last time before summer is over. This year we got to see stars like Bad Bunny, Tate McRae, and Tyler The Creator. At this point we have plenty of help preparing for the gathering and we know what to expect, but no one prepares us for how to recover after it's over! Don't worry I'm here to help with some extremely anecdotal advice. It seems to me there are three ways to recover after MIA weekend.

  1. Sleep: Don't leave the bed, get yourself some gatorade and some junk food, and avoid movement at all costs.
  2. Active rest: Do a light workout, maybe answer a couple emails, treat yourself to a coffee and a light walk. Anything you can do to start getting your brain and body moving again.
  3. Scorched-Earth: Keep the party going, you might as well take advantage the rush from being at the festival! Go out and happy hour it up!
