In her workout routine she does squats, kicks, crunches and other core exercises with toilet paper rolls. She even does exercises in the routine with individual rolls on each arm.

Other stay at home workouts have been constantly posted on Instagram, Pinterest and even Tik Tok as it’s important to stay healthy during this virus.
