More than two years later, the CDC has dropped its COVID warning for cruise travel!

The CDC still says its better to be vaccinated before going on a cruise, though.

The agency also recommends reading up on your cruise line's COVID policy before booking that trip.

Cruise Lines International Association celebrated the news, saying the move "recognizes the effective public health measures in place on cruise ships and begins to level the playing field, between cruise and similarly situated venues on land, for the first time since March 2020."
