Step two: Carry a big drink everywhere — water, coffee, whatever — it looks responsible.

Step three: Do ONE impressive thing before 10am. One email. One meeting. One task. Then coast.

Step four: Eat something greasy at lunch and emotionally reset.  EAT LUNCH LIKE IT’S MEDICINE 

Step five: Go to bed at 8:30 like you’re 12.
